Connecting Opportunities: Forum for Sustainable Business Growth

In observance of Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month, the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia (AACCGP) is collaborating with Widener University Small Business Development Center and hosting a business resource forum with stakeholders and entrepreneurs that have been working together to create opportunities that help the communities thrive. The forum hopes to provide an opportunity for micro and small business owners to engage in dialogue on important topics impacting their businesses today, to meet and network virtually with experts working to achieve sustainable development goals and to share information and gain insights.

The discussions will reflect on how businesses and families are mitigating the issues posed by COVID-19, inflation, supply chain shortage and the process of healing in the midst of all these challenges while combating “Asian hate” in Philadelphia area. The speakers will present some of the best practices and tactics for businesses of all sizes to help prepare for the future business environment. The audience can also expect to learn about programs and resources that the City of Philadelphia is offering for immigrant families and minority-owned businesses.
