This webinar will be presented by Gillian Robbins. Gillian Robbins has worked as a librarian, program manager, and supervisor in the Business Resource and Innovation Center (BRIC) at the Free Library of Philadelphia in a variety of roles since 2013. She specializes in curating information, providing research services, and coordinating programming, and special events for entrepreneurs. Gillian is currently the Business Services Supervisor and Acting Head of the BRIC. In her role, she received a certificate in Small Business Analysis and Planning from Fox Business School, won a Philadelphia’s Social Innovations Award, and was instrumental in developing a new service model for the BRIC. Gillian received her Masters in Library Science from Clarion University and her BA in Art History and Archaeology from Lycoming College.
