Hosted in collaboration with the Penn State SBDC, Penn State Extension, and Pennsylvania Career Link, the Juniata River Valley Chamber of Commerce will host “How to Brand the Interior and Exterior of Your Business Building While Not Forgetting Customer Services,” the next session in their Business Breakfast Club Series. This in-person event will provide small business owners with valuable insights into effective branding techniques for both the interior and exterior of their building. Additionally, attendees will learn about the benefits of implementing employee handbooks, policies, and training programs to enhance customer service. By attending this workshop, attendees will discover how these strategies can help to create brand loyalty and set their business apart from competitors.

Co-Owner of the UPS Store in State College, PA

Victor DeDonato is the co-owner of The UPS Store in State College, PA. He is a proud husband and father of two amazing kiddos. In his free time he enjoys coaching his kids’ sports, outdoor activities and exercising. He completed his CFSC (Certified Functional Strength Coach) certificate in February of 2022 and helps out at his wife’s gym, Kinetik Fitness. Kinetik Fitness is a women-owned small business which stresses functional movements for a better and more productive life!
