Introduction to the PennBid e-Bidding System

PennBid is an online sealed bid platform that is utilized by over 1,600 public agencies and A&E firms across Pennsylvania to post solicitations and receive bids.

This session will review the process of submitting a bid on the current PennBid eProcurement bidding platform. Participants will:

– Learn how to register to use the system as a Supplier/Vendor Learn the fundamentals of how to submit on a typical opportunity in PennBid

– Understand best practices when submitting bids.

– Be given links to a variety of helpful resources

– Be able to ask questions on areas of interest
