Small Business Loan Basics- This M&T Bank presentation outlines how small business lending works, various types of loan products, and how to go about working with a bank for financing. This workshop summarizes how a small business client can prepare for a loan request and what bankers look for in credit packages. After attending this course, participants will be better equipped to seek capital through small business lending vehicles.

Jen O’Hara – Jennifer O’Hara is a graduate of West Chester University with a B.A. in History. She has been working in the banking industry since 2012 and is passionate about educating people on how to bank smarter, both in their personal lives and for their businesses. She joined M&T in 2023 and is committed to their goal of investing in the growth and sustainability of the businesses and communities we serve.

Steve Salomon- Steve Salomon is a graduate of Temple University with an MBA and BBA from the Fox School of Business. He has worked at M&T Bank since graduating from his undergraduate studies in 2015. Steve started in retail banking, managing the Haddonfield, NJ branch, and now works in business banking supporting the small business community with banking and lending needs in Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs in PA and NJ.
