Join us for an impactful event designed to inspire and equip leaders with the tools for success. The day will kick off with an opening session and icebreaker, followed by leadership expert, John Maxwell’s insights on developing an abundance mindset and best selling author and coach, Jon Gordon’s strategies for creating positivity in the face of failure. Renowned author and journalist, Malcolm Gladwell will explore how diverse teams think in his session, “Return of the Tipping Point.”

In the afternoon, a local leadership panel featuring Charlie Cotherman, Karen Allen, and Austin Linney will share their experiences across various fields, followed by serial entrepreneur, Brandon Dawson’s session on scaling businesses for increased profitability. Valerie Burton, CEO of CaPP Institute, will round out the day with strategies for closing the gaps to reach your goals and Susan will end the day by discussing key takeaways and documenting an action plan as well as fun prize drawings. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with like-minded professionals.

Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. and the event will start promptly at 9:00am
