This live Demo session will provide insight into how to navigate advance functions of QuickBooks (QB) to help business owners/users improve automation to improve efficiency in their bookkeeping task. This interactive working session allows you to work through your QuickBooks system with ongoing support and guidance.
Learning Objectives:
- Creating invoice and sending it to customers electronically
- Creating single bills & recurring bills
- Creating Bank Rule to automate transaction postings and reconciliation
- Exploring QuickBooks Reports: – Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Account Payable aging summary, Account Receivable aging summary, sales by customer summary, etc.
- Adding customer, employees, contractors to your QB
- Deleting an account category and it impact
- How to invite an Accountant into you QB account
This QuickBooks training will be taught by Elvis Dzidzornu, the Asst. Accounting Services Program Manager of the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) program and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. The training will be administered virtually.
This PA SSBCI training program is specifically designed for small businesses owned by socially or economically disadvantaged individuals (SEDI) and very small businesses (VSB) with fewer than 10 employees. The PASBDC provides Technical Assistance for VSB or SEDI-owned businesses that are applying for, preparing to apply for, or have previously applied for federal or state funding.
