AI for Small Business: Getting Started is an introductory seminar for small business owners who want to better understand how AI can support their business. 

Join the Penn State Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and the Williamsport LaunchBox powered by Penn State as we partner to host this hybrid event! Whether you choose to join us in-person at the LaunchBox or online, you will hear from Chelsea Blair, a business consultant with the Penn State SBDC, who will be speaking on the topic. 

Participants will learn what AI is and where it can be used in everyday operations. The seminar will also cover practical prompting techniques, choosing the right tools, and improving AI-generated results. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of how to use AI safely, ethically, and effectively in their business.
