This PA SSBCI training program is specifically designed for small businesses owned by socially or economically disadvantaged individuals (SEDI) and very small businesses (VSB) with fewer than 10 employees. The PA SSBCI provides Technical Assistance for VSB or SEDI-owned businesses that are applying for or preparing to apply for a federal or state funding.
