Whether you have a business or would like to start one, the Financial Management & Budgeting session is a practical session designed to help small business owners and entrepreneurs strengthen their financial decision-making skills. Participants will learn how to create and manage budgets, track cash flow, understand key financial statements, and plan for future expenses.
