Participants will examine how to identify customer “jobs to be done,” pain points, and desired gains, and how to translate those insights into compelling value propositions. Techniques such as the Elevator Pitch, Value Proposition Canvas, and structured interviewing methods are introduced as ways to uncover what customers truly want and how businesses can respond effectively.
