David Foster, Business Program Specialist with USDA, will provide an overview of two USDA lending programs: the Business & Industry (B&I) Loan Guarantee Program and the Intermediary Relending Program (IRP). Attendees will learn how each program works, who may be eligible, how the application process works, and how to determine whether one of these programs may be a good fit for their business or project.

Will Hooten, Director of SSBCI Technical Assistance in Pennsylvania, will then discuss how to prepare a stronger financing request.
