Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellation/Refund Policy:: If you are registered for a class or webinar and are unable to attend, please notify the Small Business Development Center, before the event, at (814) 393-2060 as other applicants may be waiting for the course. Substitutions can be made at any time.

The following cancellation/rescheduling policy apply to all face to face classes unless noted otherwise: * Five (5) or more business days notice: Full Refund or may reschedule for a class that is within the calendar year. Less than five (5) days notice, no refund.

Special Accommodations: In accordance with the American Disabilities Act and state law, you may request accommodations due to a disability by contacting the event organizer listed above. Advance notice may be necessary for some accommodations. Registration must be paid prior to accommodation requests.
