Normative Leadership Series: Part 1 – Introduction to Normative Cultures and Leadership Management
November 6 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
$70This is an in-person workshop. Lunch and parking included.
The Normative Leadership program is ideal for new or seasoned supervisors, managers, administrators, coaches — anyone in a leadership position, or aspiring to be a leader. The focus of the program is the organizational culture and how group norms (expected behaviors) have an impact on variables such as: teamwork, communications, accountability, employee performance, profitability, customer service, etc. It is the culture that can make, or break, your organization, and a leader who doesn’t understand how to create and manage the organizational culture will be enslaved by it rather than be its architect
The concepts, system, and skills you will learn in this series can be universally applied to any field. They are timeless, and will never go out of style. They will enable you to be more competent and confident when dealing with both group and individual behavior. Ultimately, they will serve as an invaluable resource for you throughout your personal and professional life, and distinguish you as — a leader who can get things done.
