During this session, the Pursuit team will guide you on how to best prepare to access capital and how loans can fit into that picture. We will review the necessary documentation and requirements, provide general underwriting guidance, and introduce financial ratios/valuation tools that can help assess your ability to take on debt. We will also discuss the differences between CDFI, SBA, and Bank Lending programs, including Pursuit’s loan products, to help you evaluate the right option for your business.
