In this two-part, hands-on workshop, we will share tips and best practices for crafting and executing a marketing strategy that drives measurable results.
During the 1-hour virtual training, attendees will learn how to:
- Conduct a situation analysis to understand the current market environment and their position within it
- Define their target market by analyzing customer demographics, behaviors, and needs
- Set specific and measurable goals and objectives to guide their marketing plan
- Determine the appropriate marketing mix to reach their target market
- Allocate a budget and set a timeline for executing the marketing plan
- Implement the plan, monitor progress, and regularly evaluate its effectiveness
This is the third session in our 10-part Blueprint digital marketing series, which is designed to guide entrepreneurs through the process of successfully marketing a small business. Training sessions will be offered as a pre-recording with the opportunity to ask live questions throughout with a Penn State SBDC business consultant.
