The Digital Marketing Blueprint Series: Establishing a Compelling Online Presence

FreeA compelling online presence can help small business owners build their brand, expand their reach, connect with their target audience, and effectively promote their products or services. In this two-part, hands-on workshop, small business owners will learn cost-effective strategies for establishing an online presence that attracts customers and generates sales.
In the 1-hour virtual training session, instructors will share:
- An overview of online touchpoints (Google My Business, a business website, and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube), including the benefits and target audience for each
- How to select the right platform for their goals and audience
- Best practices for creating consistent, optimized profiles across multiple platforms
- Tips for virtual brand building and audience engagement
- How to use platforms to collect valuable data and insights on customer behavior and preferences that can inform future marketing strategies
This is the second session in our 10-part Blueprint marketing series, which is designed to guide entrepreneurs through the process of successfully marketing a small business. Training sessions will be offered as a pre-recording with the opportunity to ask live questions throughout with a Penn State SBDC business consultant.
