Industrial Resource Center Network (IRC)
The seven private, nonprofit Industrial Resource Centers across Pennsylvania help manufacturers respond to changing markets, new technology, and the competitive pressures of today’s global economy. The IRCs can assist you with strategies for enhancing productivity and eliminating waste, developing new and improved products, market differentiation, and workforce development strategies.

Ben Franklin Technology Partners (BFTP)
The BFTP provides access to the capital, knowledge, and networks that foster innovation, growth, and success for businesses in Pennsylvania. The four regional headquarters and six satellite offices of the BFTP help businesses respond to changing economic and market conditions, with an emphasis on accelerating technology commercialization; supporting startups, entrepreneurs and established manufacturers; and driving public and private investment.
